The Process

Phase 1

Fund Review and Investor Base Identification

In this initial phase, we conduct a comprehensive review of the fund, understanding its unique value proposition and investment strategy. We work closely with our clients to identify the target investor base that aligns with the fund’s objectives. This strategic analysis ensures that we approach the right investors who are most likely to have a genuine interest in the fund.

Due Diligence

Once the target investor base is identified, we proceed with rigorous due diligence. Our experienced team thoroughly examines all aspects of the fund, including its historical performance, investment track record, team expertise, and operational capabilities. This step helps build trust with potential investors by providing them with transparent and reliable information about the fund’s strengths.

Phase 3

Contract/Engagement Letter

Roadshow/LP Meetings
